Welcome to We Gotcha Printing and Design . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and any transactions with We Gotcha Printing and Design, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Services
We Gotcha Printing and Design provides custom printing, graphic design, branding, apparel printing, promotional products, event materials, and related creative services.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Additional charges may apply for revisions, rush orders, specialty materials, or custom requests.
- Final pricing may vary depending on artwork quality, production requirements, quantity changes, or requested modifications.
3. Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders will not enter production until payment and artwork approvals are received.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, and cash.
- Any unpaid balances may delay delivery or completion of services.
4. Design Proofs & Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
- Spelling, grammar, dimensions, layout, colors, and contact information have been reviewed
- The design is approved for production
- We Gotcha Printing and Design, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
5. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, designs, text, or graphics, you represent that:
- You own the rights to the submitted materials or have authorization to use them
- The materials do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
- We Gotcha Printing and Design, LLC retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes
- Custom designs created by our team remain the intellectual property of We Gotcha Printing and Design, LLC until paid in full
6. Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
- Delayed approvals
- Incomplete artwork submissions
- Supply shortages
- Shipping delays
- Equipment or technical issues
- Holidays or unforeseen circumstances
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Because many products are custom-made:
- Deposits and design fees may be non-refundable
- Orders already in production cannot be canceled
- Refunds or reprints are handled on a case-by-case basis
9. Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs, screens, or previous orders due to:
- Monitor settings
- Printing processes
- Material differences
- Ink variations
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Gotcha Printing and Design, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Delays or production interruptions
- Customer-submitted content errors
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
